Preparing for the Holidays After Your Loss

NLC is offering this seminar on Saturday, November 4 from 8:30am – 12:30pm, for people who are grieving a loved one’s death. There will be discussion about dealing with emotions during the holidays, what to do about holiday traditions, how to handle holiday gatherings, and how to help your children through the holidays. The purpose of this seminar is to help plan and prioritize for the holidays and to find hope. This seminar is free and open to everyone. New this year, we invite families with children who have experienced a loss to join us. Invite friends or relatives who have experienced loss and attend with them.
