Men’s Bible Study

  • Saturday, Nov 17, 7:30 am

Men of all ages are invited to join the next Men's Bible Study!  Men's Ministry will be studying "A Man and His Marriage" and "A Man and His Fatherhood".  For the first six weeks, we will be discussing marriage and the incredible energy, joy, and intimacy that God intended for our marriages.  Then, we will spend another six weeks learning how to be a father with a humble, grateful, generous, and servant's heart.  Fathers change lives, and they are the most important man in their child's life.  Join us on Saturday mornings this fall in the New Life Church Lobby at 7:30 am, enjoy a cup of coffee, and engage in some good discussions with your fellow man.

Food Pantry Gifting

  • Sunday, Nov 18, 9:00 am

New Life Church will be accepting gifts of food and finances for the Kendall County Community Food Pantry on Sunday, November 18.  Of all the things you can donate, money is still the most effective. For every $1.00 you donate, the food pantry uses the buying power of the Northern Illinois Food Bank to provide $8.00 worth of groceries to a neighbor in need.  However, they find that some food items are difficult to purchase with the $1.00 gets $8.00 ratio.  They are always glad to accept canned fruit, kid-friendly cereal, sugar, and cooking oil.  With your gifts of food and finances, you will help support hundreds of families in our community this Christmas season.  Financial gifts can be given through your Sunday offering by designating 'Kendall County Food Pantry' on the giving envelope or by using the Givelify app.

New Life Church has a great evening of fun and connecting with new friends planned this Christmas Season for all ages! On Sunday, December 2 you will have the opportunity to drop your kids (ages 3 years – 6th grade) off at NLC to attend the annual Kids Christmas Party where they will have a Tree-mendous time! Kids are encouraged to wear their most festive Christmas-themed clothes while playing games, eating pizza, and watching Charlie Brown Christmas! Drop off for the party begins at 3:30 pm and pick up starts at 5:30 pm. This will allow for travel time to and from the dinners. Kids MUST BE picked up no later than 6:00 pm. No kids? No problem! You can still participate in just the dinner! At 4:00 pm, join friends for a fun holiday dinner at a host home. Participate in filling a backpack with items for the homeless in Chicago. The backpacks will be brought back to the church and distributed the next week. Last day to register for Christmas Connect and/or the Kids Christmas Party is Sunday, November 25, so register EARLY!
