Evergreens Luncheon

Join your fellow 55 and older friends for a luncheon on Tuesday, March 10 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at New Life Church featuring great food, fellowship, time of devotion/prayer, and a fun game! More about the luncheon: March’s luncheon theme is “International Lunch.”  The menu so far is representing Romania, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, and Mexican cuisines.  For our main course we have Spanish chicken, fried cabbage and noodles, Shepherds pie, meat loaf, bratwurst and sauerkraut, and broccoli salad. Bread and desserts include: Irish soda bread, Scottish shortbread, kolaczkies, and good old American apple pie. Coffee, tea, & water will also be provided.  We could use a few more desserts and salads if you are able to bring a dish to pass.  We are asking those who bring a dish to label what it is and what country it represents.  Please remember, if you are not able to bring a dish to pass, just bring your appetite. Our guest speaker will be Mike Willhite.
