NLC Covid Update

New Life Church is following the most recent mask guidance from the CDC for in-person worship: “Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.” Masks are not required in the Auditorium, but New Life Church encourages you to follow the CDC guidance on the “honor system.”

What About My Kids?
Feel free to bring your whole family! Kids’ ministry is available for 6 weeks – 6th grade, but due to physical distancing there is limited space. Mask-wearing is currently in place for all volunteers and children over the age of 2. The state of Illinois has announced that there are plans to re-open fully by June 16. Starting Sunday, June 20, we will resume full capacity in the classrooms, and masks will not be required for kids and volunteers.

Worship in the Auditorium
Everyone is welcome to take off their mask once seated in the Auditorium. If you have a health condition that makes it impossible for you to wear a mask, we understand. The Auditorium offers distanced seating on the two outer sections with non-distanced seating in the two middle sections. Seating availability is on a first come – first served basis. Registration is not required.
